How it is stored
Documents are stored encrypted, behind access controls, and are never public. Staff see them only to verify and process your trip. We share them only with the parties your trip requires, such as embassies, airlines, and hotels.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, and ask for deletion once your trip and its legal retention periods are complete.
